OGFE..Means... Oficinas Gerais de Fardamento e Equipamento..
It was a Portuguese army factory that makes uniforms, berets, hats and many other things.. Unfortunately no longer exist.. If I'm not mistaken.. The OGFE. Was in service since the beginning of the 60s till late 90s
