From a google the badge with the panther over moon is 11e regiment parachutist de choc.
The eagle one is 3eme regiment infanterie de marine Bezeillis.
No idea about the shoulder boards.

actually it's earlier badge when 11th was Battalion, co it' 11 battalion parachutist de choc - so probably indochina era. A view of the back of the badge would be nice. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/11e_r%C3%A9giment_parachutiste_de_choc

the editions atlas are modern reissues of badges, so it's not an original indochina period badge. It's like the Drago foreign legion badges marked "R76" etc, they're replicas but made by the original maker.
