Yup, Filupe is of course correct. The use of language for uniforms that changed both cut and colors/patterns is pretty important, but unfortunately collectors often don't use the same terms the same way. I usually try to use the words "model" for the issue, "cut" or "type" for the construction, and "pattern" for the camouflage itself because often there are more changes to one than the other. I've also seen Aussie collectors refer to the models using "Mark" and "Model".
There are 4 models of the DPDU (Desert) uniform, but only 3 patterns of the camouflage. The first three are fairly similar in cut, based on the long running style used throughout the 90s and early 2000s. The fourth model is officially called Land 125 and is a completely different cut, with vertical zip chest pockets, velcro on the arms, etc. Model 3 and Land 125 use the identical camouflage cloth/colors.
It's best to refer to the "4th model" as Land 125 because a) it's the right thing to do, b) it avoids confusion with earlier models, and c) it doesn't irritate Australians who play gobs of cash for this stuff

Hope that helps!
