Maybe a police unit or something? Cambodian Army normally wears a Woodland/ERDL type camo as far as I know.

My feelings are that it is Thai and not Cambodian - certainly the collar insignia show typically Thai construction. I have a patched Thai Border Police shirt which is similar in colour and cut.

Heh... my first instinct was Thai as well, however I'm completely ignorant of the differences in their character sets. Since Filupe is from Oz, he should know since he's probably vacationed in Thailand at least once
