they look to me like standard issue Artic Mitts that I was issued for Norway they have a trigger finger and are fleece inside, not specifically sniper however thats not to say snipers would never use them, but I wouldn't as they're too bulky.
Any time I see "special forces" or "sniper" in an advertisement my mind translates that to "PR bullcrud" Anything with a trigger finger in it is seen as "sniper" by the marketing types.
Really nice, but pricey! IMA is not known for low prices, that's for sure.
I will say this though these with the goretex covers and a pair of touch gloves on add up to lovely warm hands in arctic conditions, used while driving my Scimitar too as the heater wasnt working .......nice!
