    I found this cap digging into the bottom of a box of old OD fatigues...Its seems to be reversable and has factory made sewn in eye holes to attach foliage camo. The holes are too irregular to be for a liner..It also has pull down ear flaps for cold weather...

    It has a place where a tag use to be but its been removed...
