Misc. Patches and Badges Empty Misc. Patches and Badges

[b] Here is some misc. patches and badges brought back by a US soldier who served extensively in the Southern and Eastern portion of Europe. I think the Kyrgyzstan patch may have been from a training exercise. The TMK badge is from the Kosovo Protection Corps. I didn't know they existed until I did research on the badge. They only had 5,052 members. Here is a link that details what they did: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kosovo_Protection_Corps

Of interest is the APM badge. This is a rare abdge from the Macedonian Border Guards.[

Also of interest is the Russian national patch and the older style Russian VDV patch./b]

Jeez Arch...How do you find some of this stuff?
Seeing recent former soviet bloc stuff is pretty uncommon..especially with Joint US exercises.

Honestly....I dig throuh bins and cases at surplus shops. I spend hours on end doing this. Sometimes I find nothing. Sometimes I find decent items.

My surplus shops had a distinct lack of such bins, I find it a damn shame. I guess I need to live closer a base.
