Okay, this one is puzzling me... I'm not huge into WWII collecting, but in all the things I have come across, I can't remember ever seeing these.
This came from my great-great aunt's house, whose husband was an Army medic in WWII.
My camera was dead so I had to snap these with my phone. The belt looks to be a standard-issue belt with buckle, and there are 5 pouches on the belt. The pouches are the dark OD canvas-type material with a slightly darker green trim, and they each have the little poppers on either side to snap them closed. I can find no markings anywhere on the pouches or belt, except for the "38" stamp on the belt, which I am guessing is the size?
Any ideas what it is?
