Here is a patch set I bought from Bragg, I presume they came from the same DCU, and that the soldier most likely kept the nametape for another uniform. These almost had to come from a Modified DCU.

Whooo nice patches. It's for modified DCUs. I've seen photos of PSYOP guys wearing modified DCUs with velcro patches.
