Today I was in rotc and was reading an air force times article from yesterday saying that airmen are complaining over naked abu's. They say the lack of patches makes the uniform lacks any appeal. What do you all think?

Yeah, the USAF has been pretty relaxed about their patches, and damn proud of them. I think the strict regulation tamps down on morale and the good ol' Air Force enthusiasm.
The USAF has a rich patch history and I think its sad to see an end to an era...though if the USAF keeps making new occupational badges, the uniforms are going to be choc-a-bloc full of patches again in no time

Yeah and it seems that the air force might be allowing patches to be placed in the future. I don't know but it seems like the abu is a near failure.
