Spanish Hats campaign Empty Spanish Hats campaign

Post by spukmeyer Mon Dec 13, 2010 7:00 pm

Show my collection of field caps used in the Spanish army from the 50 to 90.
The description begins from the left-right and from top to bottom.
    Spanish Hats campaign M_67_y_variantes

A-1/D-2: Actually, both caps are the same cap (to cover a hole)
Camouflaged cap in the "Woodland" or "forest" Spanish
Corresponds to the camouflaged uniform cap which entered service for all bodies of the army in the year 1986.

A-2: camouflaged cap style "Chester" reversible camouflaged known as "Pentómico" which, curiously and paradoxically, it was reached but .... do not use regularly, ie was part of a reversible camouflaged uniforms designed in the year of 1,959, which was clothed only in exceptional cases, such as parades and maneuvers seen by foreign observers.

A-3: Cap style "Chester" to the uniform of "cute" or walk, for the years 50 (at that time, the uniform of "beautiful" Spanish soldier remembered in a way the American uniform of World War II, the dress with jacket and pants cut straight). There was another model of cap equal to the image but with four buttons.

A-4: Hat and discussed with anterioridad.Se is a copy of the first adopted the then-new M-67 Standard for instruction and campaign.

B-1: cap style "Chester" in blue denim, for carristas, staff from the Corps of Sappers and Mechanical Especialistas.El rail model corresponds to the hat (visor soft-in this case, relatively short, but not as much as the former "Korean") of the uniform M-82 NATO Green, but in the blue variant indicated mahón.El Army emblem embroidered in yellow, indicates that this is the third model adopted.

B-2: Same as above commented cap, but on this occasion, this is the second model is adopted, to have the Army emblem embroidered in black thread.

B-3: Same as the previous two, but with long, soft hood emblem devoid of the army, therefore, is the cap that was introduced in the year of 1,982, ie the first.

B-4: Fatigue cap style "Chester" for uniform training and M-82 Green campaign OTAN.El it bears embroidered on the front of the army and the emblem color, indicating that corresponds to the third model of this hat that came to be used, ie comparable to the model B-1

C-1: Fatigue cap style "Chester" in waterproof fabric for the uniform instruction and M-67/M-82 campaign also made of waterproof material, for units of the Mountain Troops Infantería.Sustituyó Weapon the "Korean" short and hard visor waterproof fabric and color "chocolate" and, likewise, the image, in addition to color like chocolate, the first copies, then it would also be manufactured from waterproof fabric but in NATO green.

C-2: A curious variant of the cap (almost mid-year and 80) in which the chin strap was removed and was provided with a folding earmuffs to mitigate the cold in mountain environments.

C-3: LATEST MODEL CAP khaki uniform for instruction and M-67 campaign that, initially, was the model designed to replace the gorrilla "Korean" short visor and hard, and that without Emberger, became contemporary to it until the full withdrawal of both.

C-4: Fatigue cap style "Chester" Green cloth manufactured from NATO, ie, matching hat, in 1982, the then new uniform instruction and M-82 peeeero campaign, CARE, because depending on companies manufacturers, there were some new NATO standard M-82 Green, whose gorrilla was a "Korean" short visor and hard ... efectivament, made equally cloth OTAN.No Green came to abound and were quickly removed

D-1: Hat variant of the above, and presenting in front of the Army emblem embroidered in black.

D-3: Following the adoption in the mid-80's - for the entire Army in the first uniform camouflaged "Woodland" or "forest" Spanish, subsequently, the first cap for his adopted (see photo A-1 / D-2) Colca The emblem is embroidered in black army, as in his day, it was also done with the first hat "Chester" in NATO green uniform cloth M-82 (see photo D-1) .

D-4: This cap style "Chester" and mimicked "Rocky" was relevant to a particular camouflaged uniform (also called "Rocky") that came to be used both by members of the Body of the Legion and the Special Operations Corps beyond by the mid to early 80's and 90's.

E-1: Theoretically, this gorrilla style "Chester" was the headdress of the uniform of mimesis and education and campaign FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE ARMY that back in the year of 1,982, was to replace the old uniform training and M-67 and persimmon season and, due to a number of ciscunstancias now are irrelevant, rejecting adopt it for the whole army and the resulting adopted NATO M-82.Fue Verde to wait half a decade for the entire Army Spanish Earth had a camouflaged uniform conditions though ... it was done, the colors, the shape of the spots, etc., etc. on it .... there are specialists who can itemize.

E-2: Gorilla style "Chester" for the camouflaged uniform "arid" used by the body of the Legion in the Province of Sáhara.Resulta funny to note that first entega siroqueras.Para uniforms and when they wanted to make the gorrilla the image and send it to the Sahara .... the Province (in 1976) had ceased to be Spanish and its use was unnecessary but it is known that the Canary Islands, members of the unit stationed there COES if that came to be used during a time of mid-70's.

E-3: Gorilla style "Chester" to walk or even "pretty" exactly equal to the cap of the image A-3 but for the staff assigned to the Province of Sahara, hence the color "sand" fabric.

E-4. This gorrilla exclusive use by the Corps of The Legion and also style, "Chester" was inspired both a gorrilla "similar" color "twill" as well as in the previous gorrilla in camouflaged "arid" image E-2 . Their model corresponds to that used in the mid 80's, there an equal but without the emblem.

My sincere thanks to my friend Oscar for his wonderful support, without which there would have been possible this description.
