Gilles, Very nice ! never seen the ING flag patch before. It's absolutely not a surprise to see a mixture of ING ICDC on a uniform, iraq uniform regs still appear to be quite lax and most def were in the 2003-2005. OF special interest even today is the large number of Iraq troops who wear any of a number of novelty type patches. And the old hussein era bird head "special forces" patch/tab, unchanged from his regime can be found on police, army etc. With no real distinction to a specific unit.
That's what I find so fascinating about the Iraq field.
