I'm very pleased with myself right now,as I have took on the ownership of this cool cap...with Provenance
Anyway enough of the bragging,here it is I thought I would share it with you guys...that's the kinda bloke I am
The story behind this cap is The RM ended up in a rash hat-swapping fest.I don't know what sort of hat he swapped it for?
The original owner's name is Abdul Matin and his name is written on the underside of the peak in Pashto, but apart from that it's unmarked.
The inside edge folds down to cover the ears with a warm lining. Size is quite small, about 54-55 cm.
There also very faint numbers under Abdul's name, looks like 2322???,and underneath that some more Pashto writing...I'm thinking Unit ,Division or whatever numbers.
