Re: Bahrain
I missed this thread when Gilles started it. It appears there are three variants. Here's pictures of the third type that I posted to a different thread.
" I also have another mis-matched set, without tags (but identical construction), that uses a larger Duck Hunter pattern with one of the screens not printed. Note that the jacket is more tan based, but it appears that's just from wash/wear and probably was the same as the trousers."

Re: Bahrain
Oh, and thanks Danilo for IDing my Bahrain DPM jacket. I posted some pics of this awhile ago looking for help identifying it, so I'm glad it's finally settled

Re: Bahrain
Here's a few pieces I managed to pick up:
A couple of the Diaward made Pattern 60/68 style smocks, missing the tags on the Steel Works Pat 60 type smock.
This one has a non-camo lined interior/pockets, reinforced elbows, a stitched collar, a smaller and brighter pattern/buttons, and a wider front button arrangement.
This one has a partially camo lined interior/pockets, non-reinforced elbows, a smooth collar, a larger and darker pattern/buttons, a tighter front button arrangement,
and a button on the rear of the collar for a hood, which I've never seen one before.
Comparing the two:
King (Then the Crown Prince and Commander in Chief of the BDF) Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa wearing a brushstroke smock
and some other officers wearing the spot/duck hunter pattern smocks.
And a December 2013 dated 3 color digital desert BDU type coat, made by the same company and in the same style
as the previous desert DPM uniforms.
