Aha,wasnt sure if Dutch or Belgian.

They also make uniforms for the Irish Defense Forces, amongst others.
I can't date these, but IIRC HBT type started around 1995. I don't think the design has changed since then.
My guess is 2000s contract as I don't think Seyntex was very active outside of Belgium until the 2000s.

They still come up fairly regularly on UK and French eBay. Make sure you're looking for smooth cotton, not HBT, and lower pockets on the jacket. All the sets I've seen have dates on them (usually 1990).
