I actually had a pair of these exact trousers given to me a few years back, from memory they were quite heavy I was under the impression they were Dutch also, I cant remember now If they had tags in them?

100% Dutch older type garment, these were worn with the Dutch slanted pocket jacket.I`ve seen the with BEVO tag with the KL letters. As far as I can remember the tag was light green with golden lettering. They match with these http://www.surplusandoutdoors.com/shop/outdoor-clothing/combat-jackets/genuine-new-olive-green-dutch-540749.html
here the same type but with newer buttons http://www.surplusandoutdoors.com/shop/outdoor-clothing/trousers-shorts/new-heavy-weight-dutch-olive-655376.html
and the label in these should be exact the same as here http://cgi.ebay.com/Dutch-Army-Surplus-HBT-Shirt-42-Medium-/220699321455
    Hope that helps Smile
    cheers
