Hi i picked this up today at a shop in Arizona (lol). The labels look to be Russian language. Can someone identify this and the exact country of origin and possibly what the unit badge/rank is? Im thinking this might be an exchange officer's uniform from nearby Luke AFB... Well any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks much

That is the current-issue digital camouflage of Kazakhstan. Quite a big size, too... 62-5 is for one big fellow! Very interesting that it made its way over to the USA.
Here is a link to some photos of a multinational exercise in Kazakhstan, showing the uniforms in action. In those photos, it's interesting to see the pattern side-by-side with the US Army's ACUs, which appear to have influenced the Kazakh pattern.
