Re: Osprey MK IV Multi Terrain Pattern
I know, I've wanted to do that some years ago after finishing the school, but I've had to leave that idea due to familiar problems (my mom had cancer).

Re: Osprey MK IV Multi Terrain Pattern
@Tommo
If you look closely at my garrison you will notice I am from Germany!
So I cannot join the British Army.
I was drafted at I was 18 to my own countries army, so I was a real soldier and I know the duty.
Many of the collectors here collect their stuff in shelves or in rooms just for their collection.
I decided to make it just on mannequin and for the British and Israeli Army, with weapons for the display disposition.
So I do not PLAY soldier, I collect and display military gear at a specific time frame with my mannequin!!
Like those for my USN collection:

Awesome. Hey, do you ever freak your neighbors out when you are posing an armed mannequin in your backyard for a photo shoot? Would hate to see an armed police unit respond because of a flinchy neighbor calling the cops.

The PCS system is meant to be worn untucked, by orders of the CGS

One question about the PCS.
Is the UBACS also untucked or just the shirt?

I dont know to be quite honest? I imagine when in theatre dress regs are put aside somewhat in favour of comfort for the individual?

Re: Osprey MK IV Multi Terrain Pattern
Hi all,
I had this MK IV too but missing the manual, could you scan it for me? I don't know how to setup this vest because too many accessories.
Thanks!
Chris

Re: Osprey MK IV Multi Terrain Pattern
I really like those deck vests and have been after a red one - fully kitted out - for ages.
You have some nice displays there. Thanks for sharing them with us.
BTW, Dave the Dummy looks a bit like Crighton from "Red Dwarf"

We always looked the part in DPM though, well most of the time, when it was 68, windies and trops

Re: Osprey MK IV Multi Terrain Pattern
That dummy has it all! Is see you have been asked but I'll ask myself - you couldn't scan the manual in for me also could you? I have an osprey but want to look at the guide as I think there are some bits I am missing...
They guy who got me mine got the collars and brassards (with their bungies) but none of the other clips/straps etc I occasionally see on eBay. Just wondering if they are worth getting...
