Actually, I think it is SS Panzer Division. Note at tunic style, I think it is for tank crew but I may be wrong though.

Most SS Panzer crews wore black or Camo uniforms, Field Grey would "normally" be used by Assault gun (red piping) or Tank destroyer (pink piping) crews.....possibly SS NCO Stug crew tunic.
