    Hello,
    This was something I found at an Antique Mall for $3. I'm pretty sure it's new considering the hallmark of the company, Homer Laughlin (which I visited the factory a while back). The hallmark is nearly identical to the one on the souvineer plate I got at thier factory. Possibly, there is a whole set of this out there, that the brass are using. Nice Navy seal though. If anyone else has anymore of this pattern, please post. Thanks.
