El Salvador Desert Camo Shirt

This El Salvadorian desert camo shirt was stuck in the flight bag of all the Estonian camo we recently purchased.
When I bought the bag I just thought it was a chocolate chip camo shirt but when I sorted everything out, needless to say I was impressed.

curious as to when el sal would've worn that? In Iraq they wore DCUs
