Pritchard Security patch - AWB related?

Good day,

I may need some help from south african members here. This is a large patch which I have in my collection since many years. I got it in SA and I was told it was somehow related to AWB.
It looks like a private security company patch but indeed the emblem in the middle looks like a reverted AWB triskelon. I tried to find some info in internet with no results.
Therefore, any information is appreciated



PS - the ACU background is just scenic, not related to the patch

Pritchard was a Private Security Company that provided manned gaurding and Cash In Transit back in the 80,s, I used to work for them back in the 80,s. nothing to do with the AWB
