Just got hold of these today, seem like a new pair of trousers. They are not as heavy a material as goretex but slightly heavier material than the standard trousers. They have flaps with velcro on the waist pockets, the old style leg pockets, drawstring at the leg bottoms but also velcro flaps similar to the goretex trousers. Just labelled inside 'windproofs'

I think What you may have here is a pair of MTP SAS Windproof trousers they look simular to a pair of DPM wind proof trousers I have some where.

Not SAS - just Arctic windies. 'SAS' ones are completely different and worn in different curcumstances and ensemble.
