Again another blind bid with no real clue on what is thing is
Fairly well made. Looks custom made to me. The buttons are glossy see though with a brown brush type print on them, kinda typical 70's stuff found on cardigans. The zipper is standard military looking tropical style one but in desert tan. All pockets and stuff like that are held by green Velcro.
A few names found wrote inside.
