    One of my more favorite DCU's. This uniform belonged to Brigadier General John F. McNeill of the 351st Civial Affairs Command (US Army Reserve). It is complete with jacket and pants. BG McNeill has had quite a distinguished career in the army and has served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Operation Uphold Democracy, Operation Joint Endeavour, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
