VN (?) SF Tiger Stripe Jacket

Hello all,

I have had this jacket for a long time (early 80s) and have never seen a pattern quite like this one. Hopefully some of the sharp eyes on this site can help me identify this item.

The jacket material is very sturdy and does not seem right for tropical wear. It is patterned after the Spanish style jacket with large lower pockets front and back and has several snap positions.

The "Ranger" tab and chest patches do not appear to be G.I. issue, but the "Airborne" tab and 5th SF patch do appear to be of a higher quality.

Please share your thoughts on this jacket and let me know if there are any other pics that may help ID this jacket.

This is a job for Owen, or Bob. The scroll looks a lot like a theater-made one that I have-- but I couldn't say for sure.

The strip, jump wing and Ranger tabs are all Korean made.
Not sure on the jacket.
