Please clarify what do you mean writing MQRV????
National security service it's independent organization, it KGB of Uzbekistan and it has no any relations neither to the Ministry of Defense (Armed forces) no to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
If you've found MQRV on the patch it's the abbreviation in Uzbek - Maxsus Qidiruv Razvedka Vzvodi - Special Searching Reconnaissance Platoon and this is one of the units of NSS

Are you talking about these patches?
MQRB means Special Searching Reconnaissance unit.
Qalqon was the unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
