This is a very nice find, congratulations!
You are correct, it is the current Egyptian Army Special Forces uniform. It's a modern version of the "rock and sand" (aka chocolate chip) side of the old reversible camouflage uniform. It's got nice patches too - jump wings, Special Forces badge, Egyptian flag shield, and both "Sa'iqa" (commando) and Special Forces arcs.
As for how rare and valuable this is, there probably are very very few of these on the market (since they are current issue, and Egypt has cracked down on the uniform trade since 2011, even more so than normal). So there probably is no established price, and probably no competing sellers out there.
