Been awhile, but here goes some recently acquired theater made patches.

Quite a few beauties indeed.  The second batch is mostly of coalition forces .
I particularly like the Spanish patch, but they are all great to me.

Spanish patch represents a Spanish heavy mortar unit. The writing basically states " hitting with the fat one "

absolutely Sal. And funny those Spanish guys ... I particularly like the Romanian one, bottom pic top left corner... the TAAC-S one with snake around the NATO Star... cool one ...

Romanian patch is great ; it goes with the patch that is under it.

Certainly one of my nicer Afghan made patches..

agree Sal, both are my favorites from this Lot plus the Spanish one ... one has to like them

nice haul again Sal, thanks for sharing ...

I just realised, when you turn the Afghan patch, the one with the border outline (left to the "God will judge..." one) up so that green is on top - it does look a bit like someone showing the middle finger, doesn't it?

You are welcome Sal. Maybe it is great imagination or simply a bit sick and dirty ...

Swedish para wings update.


These wings were proposed for the Parachute Ranger School around 1993- 1994 but not implemented.

They are basically the same as 2nd types but larger and solid, not pressed like 2nd type standard wings.

The top right patch is a British 16 Air Assault patch known to personnel as the screaming budgie.

Hey boet I initially thought they were US SF

Hi Rip here are a few of my SAS items
An anodised ors badge and a silver and gilt officers dress cap badge
Some bullion wire officers beret badges
And a brass wing for the tropical whites as well as a few padded sabre wings



And a few 16 AA screaming budgies the 2 at the ends are woven and the centre 2 are embroidered
16 AA has returned to using the Pegasus patch.

And very  nice 16 AA patches.  Good to know the Pegasus is back; always like that image.
