PLCE MTP Medics Trauma Pouch

Morning all, i'm sure we're all aware that MTP PLCE is coming through the system now, we've been told that our mtp webbing and bergens are 'on the way', but in the meantime because i work with medics we've been given these trauma pouches for our webbing, i was looking it over and was surprised to see it dated 2012, but then intrigued by the manufacturer label? I can only assume it should have been removed.
