vz.85 PV Parka

Found this interesting Czechoslovakian vz.85 PV parka, it came together with a batch of ordinaray
Czech vz.95 parkas. It has some interesting differences compared with the Czech parkas:







Camo inner lining, the Czech parka has none and the two inner pockets are missing.

Nice! I never saw colours of vz. 85PV and vz. 95 compared side by side.

Yes, it's really good to see the differences in colors between the two uniforms. And now I have to check to see if I have a vz85 parka I had thought the only vz85 parka was the one with the waist belt, not this one that looks pretty similar to the vz95 type.

I checked mine and it is dated 1993, but looks to have the same cloth as the vz95 type. What are the differences between the two types?

I know it is a shame but I don´t know the differences specifically :-) I distinguish them mainly by manufacturer. No Slovak company has ever produced uniforms for Czech army. Basically if the tag has a Slovak manufacturer company (most common are ZEKON Michalovce and ODEMA Lipany) it is for sure vz. 85 PV. If the acceptance stamp is 92 and sooner it is Czechoslovak vz. 85PV and if the stamp is 93 and later it is Slovak vz. 85PV :-)

I think there are some different versions of vz. 85PV but the army didn´t care enough to distinguish them.
