Arid CADPAT grouping. PPCLI vet direct purchase

New forum member here. I'm just expanding into the modern Canadian realm. I wanted to post a few photos of my named grouping I just purchased from a fine gentlemen. My goal is to assemble a complete combat mannequin display. I obviously need to find and purchase a few more goodies.

I just watched "Hyena Road" on Netflix recently (sort of like a Canadian version of "Lone Survivor") and many of the soldiers wore a rectangular patch on the left arm (where your shirt has the ISAF patch) that appears to be just blocks of black and white.  Any idea what this insignia represents?

Those are Friend or Foe identification patches. They consist of glow in the dark, visible light and IR reflectors. I know a Canadian store that sells these replica patches. I don't think there is much difference between the issued and after market version.

I am looking for issued IR patches if anybody wants to sell some
