    Can anyone help ID this one? Is it commercial?

    The tail doesn't seem to serve any purpose, as it is rather short, and there are no buttons on the front of the jacket to mate with.

    Construction reminds me of some of the Pakistani and even Iraqi smocks I have. But the pattern I think is something Indian?
