Re: Protec Helmet custom
Very nice mate! I have always tried to figure out what that little piece of high density foam taped to the front of the SEAL helmets was exactly for.
The Top one is an Old Style full Pro-Tec Cut to fit the headset, used for HALO/HAHO jumps right? Where did you manage to pick this one up?

Re: Protec Helmet custom
Hello,
is a protec that usually carry the Team Leader in VBSS operations.
The protec buy in ebay, but the custom was made by me basing on these photos
This is not a protec, but a historic aircraft operator, but the custom can be seen from headsett
thank´s

Re: Protec Helmet custom
What I meant mate was if the helmet you posted was an ACTUAL and not a WELL RESEARCHED and REPRODUCED piece of kit.Since we`re mostly collectors here it would be nice to know if an item posted is GENUINE or a RE ENACTMENT REPRO.

Not terribly much..they are pretty much commercial helmets to begin with. I know a lot of times the liners are upgraded though.
