I don't want to give a fake hope, but I'm quite sure that it is an authentic syrian shirt, because of two things; the camo pattern and its colours, and the pockets. This woodland knock off is typically syrian from the end of 80's begining of 90's. You can find various pictures of syrian troops wearing this pattern during lebanese civil war. Then the pockets, the shirt have only two pockets (also typically syrian) and I have already see this kind of pocket cut on the shirt of a collector website, with exactly the same camo pattern, the only difference were about the pocket buttons that were not hidden contrary to yours, but then it wouldn't be surprising since that some syrian shirts have their pocket buttons hidden (check danilo matz syrian woodland in the syrian section of the forum).
