Fantastic picture!! Are the WW2 patterns originals, or the copies?
And why is it that Bi Color is still one of my most favorite patterns of all time when it is so bloody boring by any objective assessment?

It's an early Soviet camo cocktail.
All of your sets look pretty minty, MKs, TTsMK, TTSKOMshTsKKTTMK oh my!
The birch leaf and bi-colour are the cat's meow.

Hi Steve,
They are all original uniforms. The amoeba is the only uniform that is WWII production though.

Hi Eric,
I figured most are original, but I thought I should ask because they are all in such beautiful condition. Then again, knowing your collection... it is not surprising!!

Nice job Raff!
Now you have to find that pattern from the movie "Zvezda"
Not sure if this was a real pattern or if it was created for the movie.
Regards,
Erick

Hmm, good question.
We could of course speculate on why anyone would go to the trouble of re-creating a rather common WW2-era leaf pattern. I'm sure a studio would have access to genuine military-issue coveralls, especially on a subject that depicts the Great Patriotic War. Has it ever been encountered in private hands?

Found some more reference images of the older M1942 leaf two-piece coverall. Dated 1947:
And the uniform in detail, mine was made in 1953 however. There are a number of colour variations on these suits, ranging from tan backgrounds to more contrasting greens. These were worn into the 60s when generally replaced by the the single-piece coveralls of the KLMK family.

I received this today. Is it Albanian or Soviet?
Sadly, I could not find any markings on it, but its print is still very vibrant and it comes with a mask.
Does anyone have any spare buttons in this style?
I'm missing one for the chest section. It's black and about 16mm in diameter.

I got a chance to look through the whole garment today and I found this stamp on the front of the left ankle.
I also took a closer look through the whole garment and found this stamp.
