Republican Guard beret real or not?

This was reportedly bought back from Iraq but the badge is a thin enamelled metal, soldered onto a safety pin. The cap is small and looks poorly made. No marks inside.








I was also sent this sticker too, I've seen a few of these before but not in Arabic.

I have the same one like this but in black. These were actually worn by kids during parades or events. The badge though is from Saddam Husseins era worn on berets on both the Army and Republican Guards.
