This one is for corporal, I think yours 9With the red stripe) is Chief corporal

Also, both of ours should be flipped...the chevrons face up

Well, I'm affraid I've never seen this one in the Belgian Army. It seems to be a Korporaal rank of the Koninklijke Landmacht (land component of the Dutch Royal army).

Yes, it's Dutch. It was mis-identified for me by a so called 'expert' years ago. Not sure when I corrected it, but I have it right on my site. Have a few more pieces to add to this now tho. Just gotta pull the images.
