Yup! And in pretty good shape, too. Made in the early to mid 1950s. They range in price from about $50 to $100. Just depends on what way the wind is blowing 
If you want one, I have the matching hood. It is supposed to be stored in the snap pocket. It's thin and probably served no purpose other than making the trooper look silly
It's splinter on one side, kinda white on the other side.
