    Pics on the way.

    Have seen white webbing pouches and black and brown leather pouches used by US MPs,Security Police,Shore Patrol etc but never seen any of these vinyl/pvc types before-any ideas please?

    No markings at all on any of the pocuhes.

    My guess would be for ceremonial or parade usage, where look is more important than functionality.
