Pacemaker 07 was a multinational exercise in Austria.
Some Serbian soldiers from NBCD unit participated and you can see Serbian flag on the patch.

Cool collection of modern Serbian patches.

I have seen the greyish patches on Serbian uniforms that look like US army ACUs. Do you know if the uniforms they go on are US made ACUs, or if they are made by another manufacturer? If not US made, do you know the manufacturer or what the inside tags might say. I have a couple of the patches and would like to find something to put them on.

as I know Serbian Police SWAT unit SAJ (Specijalna Antiteroristicka Jedinica - Special Antiterrorist Unit) got uniforms from USA, "donation" of US embassy.
also some members of Zandarmerija (Gendarmerie) wear "ACU" uniforms but as I heard bought in army-shop.

nice you will make very good collection of SF insignia from Serbia

as I was told these patches were made after proposal for 82. pomorski centar (82nd Navy Center) patch but after secession of Montenegro and when some members of the unit came to Serbia and join VS Special brigade. I don't have info if patches are actually worn.

here is patch that was worn in 82pc, patch was made in Nis where they had parachute training




also I think it would be interesting to show new patch for the part of the unit that stayed in Montengro

Hi, my uncle served and went through various special forces training, incl 82.PC. He has very similar patches hanging on the wall of his basement. He still trains military units all over the world. I remember that he his patches might even have a red star in the middle, but i am not sure. If there is interest i can make a photo next time I am there. he told me that by 1992 everything was falling appart, but when his patch have a rd star then it was definitely worn during the old republic of yugoslavia times?!

My uncle who was a jugoslav navy diver has the same ones incl in a different color.....as far as i know he served there around 1988, so i am confused that some mention that the patches were worn after the seperation of the republics from Yugoslavia ?!
