Serbian Officer Cap

A Serbian friend brought this cap in today for me to see. He says he got it in 1996 from Ratko Mladic when he was a UN driver there. He delivered food to Banja Luka where he met Mladic and he gave him this cap. Of course he cannot prove this, but his stories of Serbia in those times are quite neat. I have looked, but cannot find a picture of Mladic wearing this style cap with this rank yet...which I believe is major general...not 100% sure.
