Belgian groud forces corporal 1987 equipped with Vigneron 9mm SMG . I have chosen year 1987 because it's the manufacturing year of the jacket .

Yes, a very sharp set up.

I have two questions:

1. Is the camouflage helmet cover factory made, or improvised from a hood?

2. In the first picture, is the respirator carrier attached only at one point (the snap hook on the suspender)? Are the straps for the respirator carrier underneath or over top of the webbing belt?

1. Yes , the helmet cover is factory made

2. It's not the prescribed way to carry the bag but on some pictures , you can see soldiers using the snap hook  - see below
