Just to share this suit in the early post ww2 pattern ,dated 1953 ,for the purists i unfortunately dont own an ak47 so the EG mpi km will have to surfice im afraid

Nice display, can't get enough of these early splinters, especially at the great prices they can be had for these days.

Thanks for the comments koalorka yes it quite a striking pattern ,mine seems quite washed out ,i have the later splinter pattern but only as a helmet cover unfortunately .for the display i removed the hood temporarily and added it to the m36 ,whether this was a done practise i dont really know ,most referance pictures just show the steel pot as is
