Have only seen one of these, brand new and for a silly price with half of the pieces missing.
To I'm not a plate collector I seem to have a few now!
MK4 came with soft armour inserts, Ops panel, T Bars and Blanking panels. The vest is used, gave it a good clean and de-clogged the Velcro - can't get the pen off the shoulder though!! I bought the pouches separately and these are all new.
