The Sportsman's Guide has these listed as Italian. They are in ACU cut, made in Poland!

Yeah, I just noticed those for sale. Interesting stuff. The green version uses the same colors as Hungarian M90. I wouldn't be surprised if the cloth is of Hungarian origins.

    Dingo 1,

Are there tags present? If so, what do they look like?

My guess is the same factory that is running the official Italian stuff decided to make some money on the side by changing the colors (to standard Hungarian Army dyes?) and having someone else make it into ACU.

Yea, I knew that they might have been commercial. I took a gamble got them because sometimes the Sportsman's Guide does not always know what they have! Neat pattern.

I knew they were commercial when I saw them in Sportsmans Guide, but I still thought "oooo... nice" Wink

Anything with STURM on the label is commercial. I'm going to second my earlier guess that this is Hungarian manufactured cloth being assembled in Poland for a German company. The world is a funny place sometimes!

The only one real issue italian Vegetata here is the one posted by Panzewerk.
That pants has the correct camo, pattern and label.
    The others are all commercial.
Italian soldiers also used to buy SBB commercial version or others because the issued one isn't that great uniform.
Italian SOF use a version made by SOD or a local manufacturer and they are better.
SOD is quite like an Italian version of Crye Precision Very Happy
