Incoming Philippine AFP uniform

Eyeballed it in the news recently..




Final phase eta should be in December 2016 as noted.

The new PH Army camouflage pattern initial run was made earlier this year for field trial to selected units and top Army officers. Other coloration for PH terrain has been considered of the same camouflage pattern but look like as per recent press release, the official color is out.

I write about this uniform and type of camouflage in my blog before the weekend.

I believe this is a product of the Camopat program that Hyperstealth was helping the P.I Government with.

I like how the Crye cut style is used. A step ahead of the AFP's old BDU cut.

And also.. the new pattern colours ALMOST looks like the Socom digital..



I hope the new pattern hits the local textile market.. hehehe.

Looks SOCOM but in different coloration and shadings.

I am 80% with my draft for an article that I will be publishing on this new PH Army camouflage. If I have spare time tomorrow, I will upload it or the day after tomorrow. I keep you all posted. :-)

I have seen General Ricardo Visaya of the AFP wear the new Hyperstealth pattern in public TV.

I'm not that keen to get my hands on the new pattern though.. call me a DPM fanatic I guess.. I still like how the classic DPM is in use in the Philippines.. night vision IR is questionable with older patterns.. but who cares! hahaha
