There should be stamps in there somewhere. Usually they are on the back inside just below the waistband, however they can be in many other places. Look very carefully and you might find remains of it.
Production for M69 is between 1970 and 1976 (with 1976 being very rare).

Heh... and a 1976 stamp too! This might be why yours is in such good condition because, technically, by the time the 1976 batch was produced it was out of service. Of course it could have been used later on for reservists and training (OPFOR), but it at least escaped general issue to new recruits.
