Belgian Back Pack? Food related?

Okay folks,what have I just bought 15" tall, 14" wide 9" deep.

Looks to be very similar to carrier for insulated food flask, (I already have this type of carrier)  and I am assuming from the similarities of design and construction that this has a similar purpose.  Rigid back and base, well padded at the back, with back-pack style straps. Hooks at bottom ends as per flask carrier.  Can anyon give a positive id. what two items (presumably the same) fit in the two internally divided areas?

I had never seen the tins for this before - I believed mistakenly that this pack was meant to carry two of the cylindrical flasks.

Marc, do you know where these tins can be purchased?

no I can't say where you can purchase these. At home I only have the carrier, not the tins.
