Unusual DDPM grab bag

Hi all picked up this strange DDPM grab bag the other day...
... it is unlike any issued item I have seen!!??(see pics with issue item for comparison)... Afghan copies I have seen on here ...are similar ... but even they don't have all the features that this bag has!!!
The top flap is fitted with a huge YKK brand green zip!! and also has a black plastic clip 25mm made by national moulding... the three mag pouches also have these clips..as well as the Velcro.. the two frag grenade pouches only have the Velcro?? on one side is a strange lined pocket with a twin position popper..(for perhaps a knife, small flash light ??) the other side has molle webbing... the rear has another flapped pocket.. and a waist strap..with quick release clip.....the main strap also has this and a stitched loop halfway up the strap???!! I noted that a lot of modified SF stuff is covered in quick release clips!!??..... there is also an id flap on the front (has "FOZ" for Foster.. the squaddies name..... under that is a clear name tag window!!???)more usually seen on deployment bags and such!!!!
it has a singular drain grommet in the bottom of bag itself only ..none on the mag pouches!!??
seems like a lot of work went into making this!!! or if it has been modified.. its been done very well!!!
anyway it fits nicely in the collection of my other grab bags....(see pic)

ok...

So I solved the origin of the DDPM grab bag!!! and added a desert subdued union jack to the Velcro ID flap......it turns out its an early "Raven systems" private purchase!! (these were bought privately, as the MOD still had not issued any officially... early on into OP Herrick) these are still being made today .. although....modified slightly, and only in Coyote tan and MTP...

Very nice stuff. I like the PECOC hybrid one a lot. Would match perfectly to my Osprey MKIII vest...

Here is one that I found a few years ago, for comparison. It appears to have had a Union flag sewn to the flap at some point.
Is this style typical?

Nice private purchase HM Supplies grab bag Wolverine!!! Several different company's made these bags.... all with similar specifications..ie the waist strap to the rear...three pouches for mags on the front, some for grenades..and other auxiliary pouches ....these were initially made prior to the official release of the army issued ones...and many are still made for private purchase to this day!!..

Any idea roughly when this one might have been made?
